Deelightful Lengths Terms and Conditions

The consultation, selection of hair and the method and application of extensions together with the aftercare advice given by trained hair stylists are all factors beyond the control of Deelightful Lengths and therefore we accept no responsibility for these factors.

All orders dependent on stock, shall be processed within 3 working days and will be posted using Recorded/Special delivery.  Orders will be packaged to ensure the best quality on arrival and any damages to packaging are not liable by Deelightful Lengths.

Payment is taken upon ordering, and Deelightful Lengths products will not be dispatched until payment is received.

Please be aware when ordering from our colour chart we will get as close a match as possible but on some occasions because it is natural human hair it may vary in colour slightly, to achieve and exact colour match, we accept hair samples to achieve this.

Hair that is pre bonded/cold fusion, micro bonded and nano rings are bonded to each individual order, therefore any refunds that is not the fault of Deelightful Lengths will only be refunded the cost of the hair and not the labour of the bonding. 

Deelightful Lengths endeavour to provide a first class, personalised service and are happy to discuss any problems in order to resolve any problems, however, refunds/discounts will be discretionary dependent on circumstances.  Please note that once the string on Deelightful Lengths hair has been broken no exchange or refund will be given.
