Where is the hair from?

We source our human hair from all over the world. Starting from Italy, America, Uzbekistan and many more.

When will I receive my hair?

Loose hair ordered before 1pm can be sent out same day for next day delivery.

All bonded hair please allow 2-3 working days from from your being confirmed.

Can I order a colour that is not on the colour chart?

Of course, just send us a sample of the hair colour and we will match.

Can I return the hair?

As per our Terms & Conditions, the hair can be returned if the tie is still intact. The hair is bonded to order so only a refund will be given for the hair and not for the cost of bonding.

Can the hair be straightened and curled?

Yes, the hair is real human hair and should be treated the same as your own hair, always take care and use heat protection.

How long will the hair last?

The hair can last up to a year when looked after well and with regular maintenance.

How many bonds will i get in each 25gms ordered?

The size of the bonds is up to you, because they are all made to order by hand just let us know how many you would like. For example,1g bonds = 25 bonds per 2gms. 0.8g bond = 32 bonds per 25gms etc
